In the third quarter of 2023, the leading Film & Television apps in Italy, as tracked by Sensor Tower, displayed a range of performance metrics across downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

Amazon Prime Video saw a fluctuating revenue trend, peaking at around $55K in mid-July and closing the quarter at approximately $39K. Downloads remained consistent, with a notable peak of 56K in the week of September 18. Weekly active users varied, with the highest count at nearly 1.64M in mid-September, ending the quarter with about 1.4M users.

Netflix experienced a gradual decline in revenue from $119K at the start of the quarter to around $96K by the end. Downloads were relatively stable, peaking at 54K in late July. Weekly active users showed a downward trend, starting at 5.3M and decreasing to approximately 4.7M by the end of September.

Disney+ reported a steady revenue stream, fluctuating around $300K, with a minor peak at $338K in the last week of September. Downloads surged in early September, reaching 70K. Active users increased throughout the quarter, peaking at around 2.05M in mid-September.
